ITABARYU (板場流) is an original knife brand. The knives combine both beauty and sharpness, expertly sharpened by the shop owner, a knife sharpener in Niigata, Japan.
We also sell knives made by Japanese craftsmen with great manufacturing skill and policy. The shop owner visits craftsmen throughout Japan and selects knives that he truly believes are beautiful.
