“ITABARYU” nakiri 165mm buffalo octagonal handle
"ITABARYU" is an original knife brand where our shop owner selects, shapes, and sharpens knives to achieve the ultimate sharpness and beauty.
In a modern world where AI automation and efficiency are advancing, people have fewer opportunities to experience the warmth of the human touch.
With this in mind, we launched this brand with the concept of creating knives with heart and a sense of craftsmanship that customers will cherish and use for a long time.
ITABARYU Knives' Commitments:
1. We have rounded the corners of the parts that come into contact with the human hand, such as the spine and chin, and further polished them to create a smooth and pleasant texture.
2. Through hand-sharpening (convex grind), we have achieved the highest level of sharpness. We've also designed the blade to be easy for customers to sharpen themselves when needed.
3. We carefully selected knives with excellent tapering, allowing for efficient cutting while reducing the risk of rust and breakage in the core, ensuring long-lasting use.
We hope to share the Japanese tradition of using and maintaining quality items for a long time with people all around the world.
